Accommodation, reservation and cancellation conditions

RESERVATION PAYMENT

The total rental price for the house you have booked must be paid to our bank accounts or paid by credit card. The key to the house is not given before the full payment is received. (For early booking campaigns, the payment method determined for each villa is valid.)
DAMAGE DEPOSITO
A damage fee has been determined for all Bookings that have taken place, this number is stated on the website www.villaapart.com
The person making the reservation is paid the damage fee to the official at the facility upon receipt. On the day the guest leaves the house, an authorized person checks the house, a refund deposit is made (if there is no damage).
BOOKING DATE OR CHANGE PLANT
For any reason, it is necessary to get approval from the company in order to change the facility or the reservation date. After getting approval from the company, 50 Euros must be deposited to the company account regarding this change and a new reservation is made.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION
You can cancel your reservation before your trip under the following conditions. Booking start date,
In cancellation before 50 days, 30% of the reservation price remains in the company,
50% of the reservation price remains in the company for cancellation before 50-36 days,
In the cancellation before 35 days, 100% of the reservation price remains in the company.

PREPAYMENT RESERVATION TERMS

For reservations made at 30-50% at the time of booking, the rest will be made at the entrance of the house, and in cases where the guest does not enter the house, he is responsible for the remaining payments. Due to this responsibility, the agency has the right to collect the remaining balance in direct proportion to the bank interest rates.

COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES
In short-term reservations, cleaning of all facilities, change of towels and sheets are made once a week by our company. Our company is in no way responsible for the valuables of the customers at home. We take care of our customers to be careful considering that there are many burglary events in the holiday resorts. We also recommend all our customers to take out travel insurance,
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
The Guest must submit the Payment Receipt or Voucher made to our Company or the Agent at the entrance of the Facility. Except for the number of people specified in the reservation, the extra person (s) must notify the Guest Facility.
I examined the villa / apartment that I rented, and I decided to stay. I have read and accepted the entire contract. I hereby accept and declare that I will comply with the rules of the contract and that the above information is correct and that the damage arising from failure to comply with the terms of the contract belongs to me.

In case of dispute, Ankara / Muğla courts and enforcement offices will be competent.
